Generates qualified sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, webinars, inbound lead follow-up, and lead management. The representative qualifies prospects, conducts strategic conversations with executives, aligns customer needs with solutions, and hands qualified leads to sales executives. Responsibilities also include tracking activity metrics, following up on marketing-generated leads, sharing market insights, collaborating with peers, and staying informed about products, industry trends, and competitors.

Initiate outreach to prospective customers via calls, emails, webinars and inbound follow-up to generate and qualify leads, set meetings, and support sales executives. Track activity against KPIs, provide market feedback, and participate in training and collaboration to drive preventative maintenance agreements and sales opportunities.

Lead and supervise DC power installation and maintenance crews, ensuring safe live-power work, quality audits, job documentation, testing (Midtronics/Fluke), MOP preparation, customer interface, and timely project completion while traveling frequently and adhering to industry and IEEE standards.
