Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market foodservice dealer accounts by expanding revenue, product-category penetration, and share of wallet. Develop account growth plans, lead business reviews, activate dealer sales teams, coordinate manufacturer representatives, manage expansion pipelines, and identify whitespace and competitive-conversion opportunities. The role also includes dealer training, product demonstrations, joint sales calls, CRM-based forecasting, cross-functional coordination, and national travel to support account growth.

Manages Walmart as a national retail account, developing sales strategies, business plans, assortment and promotional programs, forecasts, negotiations, and customer relationships. Owns revenue, profitability, market share, trade investment, and customer P&L performance. Analyzes retail and shopper data, prepares executive business reviews, and collaborates with supply chain, finance, marketing, category management, and customer service teams to improve execution, inventory, launches, and in-stock performance.

Supports adoption and daily operation of the Waring B2B Dealer Portal by onboarding dealers, facilitating orders, coordinating purchase-order changes, communicating pricing and promotions, and resolving account and shipment issues. Tracks portal engagement, customer inquiries, and operational trends while coordinating with sales, finance, customer service, IT, marketing, and distribution teams. The role emphasizes dealer satisfaction, accurate follow-through, process improvement, and development toward strategic account management or broader sales responsibilities.
