Leads Conair’s global engineering and R&D strategy, building an in-house technical organization across the U.S., Asia, and EMEA. Owns product architecture, IP, standards, testing, product development, NPI, and mass-production execution across consumer hardware categories. Establishes engineering centers of excellence, recruits and develops senior technical talent, reduces supplier dependency, and drives innovation, quality, cost, and speed-to-market improvements. Partners with executives, product marketing, sourcing, quality, suppliers, and private-equity stakeholders.

Leads financial strategy and performance for major ecommerce customers, including Amazon and Retailer.com partners. Owns ecommerce P&L outcomes, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, investment and trade-spend optimization, joint business planning, and executive decision support. Partners with commercial, sales, marketing, supply chain, accounting, and IT leaders while managing and developing analysts and improving finance processes.

Manage Walmart as the primary national retail account, developing sales plans, negotiating pricing and promotions, overseeing forecasts and customer P&L, analyzing category performance, and driving revenue, profitability, distribution, and market share. Collaborate with supply chain, finance, marketing, demand planning, and category management teams to execute launches, promotions, inventory initiatives, and business reviews.
