Provide case management for a caseload of ~22 clients: complete assessments, service plans, progress notes; monitor referrals and needs; deliver psychoeducation and group/individual workshops; perform home visits and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure documented, client-centered services.

Support VP of Accounting with month-end and year-end close, financial statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, cost allocation, fixed asset accounting, vouchers and receivable reconciliation, budgeting/forecasting, audit and tax support (including Form 990 and CHAR500), and accounting process improvements.

Responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll data, preparing financial reports, and performing financial analysis and record maintenance under supervision.
