Provides administrative support for a congregate program, including managing office supplies, filing, petty cash, leases, client rent contributions, databases, reports, records, procurement activities, telephones, and basic bookkeeping. The role requires strong computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and supports program operations serving clients in the Bronx. Spanish-English bilingual ability and experience in health, human services, HIV/AIDS, or homeless services are preferred.

The role also provides confidential executive support through calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence screening, and special projects.
