Provides case management, counseling support, outreach, referrals, and follow-up for Latina adolescents and their families in a non-clinical suicide prevention program. Coordinates programming, events, community partnerships, vocational exploration, and family activities while documenting services and participating in team meetings. Requires a bachelor’s degree, adolescent and family services experience, Spanish fluency, cultural competency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools.

Directs the day-to-day operations of the Life Is Precious mental health program, including staff supervision, scheduling, referrals, clinical service quality, budgeting, program development, outcome tracking, family engagement, community outreach, volunteer management, and compliance with organizational policies. The role also coordinates training, recruitment, performance evaluations, patient assignments, group therapy, and collaboration with community agencies and public officials.

Provides administrative and program support to the Senior Vice President of Programs, including calendar management, correspondence, scheduling, reporting, data collection, database administration, compliance tracking, proposal support, client issue resolution, and coordination with internal teams.
