Lead and scale the engineering organization as it grows beyond 10 people across three teams. Responsibilities include redesigning organizational structure and career ladders, building technical recruiting processes, coaching managers and team leads, establishing performance and feedback rhythms, and contributing to architecture and system design discussions. The role partners closely with the CTO and supports AI-focused product and platform growth.

As a GTM Intern, you will engage with B2B prospects in the construction industry, support sales strategies, and enhance lead generation processes.

Lead end-to-end customer implementations of comstruct: build Python-based integrations and workflows, scope technical requirements, drive discovery sessions, and deliver scalable, production-ready integration components reused across customers.
