Oversee janitorial and porter operations across multiple commercial, multifamily, and hotel properties. Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, safety compliance, supplies, and daily cleaning standards. Conduct property walkthroughs, respond to cleanliness or maintenance issues, mentor staff, assist with reporting and timesheets, and provide coverage during absences and events.

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls) while providing high-quality tenant service. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, assist contractors, maintain fire/life-safety documentation, support construction and events, and complete assigned maintenance and handyman tasks with limited supervision.
