Lead functional design for HR/Benefits reports and HR HelpDesk configurations, support Oracle Benefits Cloud/Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, finalize functional report designs, test solutions, coordinate offshore report development and business testing, and support benefits testing.

Lead project delivery across the project lifecycle: define milestones, allocate resources, track execution, and own deliverables. Provide mentorship to junior team members. Prefer candidates with retail experience. Role is onsite in Pleasanton, CA and targets local candidates within ~30 miles.

Implement, maintain, and support Workday integrations and configurations. Design and manage inbound/outbound EIBs, DT XSLT transformations, core connectors (PECI/WECI), Cloud Connect, report calculated fields, and Workday Studio tasks to ensure reliable data exchange and reporting.
