Assists the VP and Controller with GAAP-compliant financial reporting, monthly and annual close processes, budgeting, SOX internal controls, audit coordination, and financial systems improvements. Supports local Controllers, collaborates with IT and cross-functional teams, and leads initiatives to improve reporting processes and ensure financial plans align with organizational goals.

Manage OEM sales for marine instrumentation, controls, and accessories, developing relationships with boat builders, dealers, distributors, and other manufacturers. Prospect for new business, provide technical product support, coordinate customer projects with engineering and production, contribute market and product development insights, and represent the company at trade shows and customer sites. The role requires at least three years of marine sales territory management experience and 25–50% nationwide travel.
