Performs full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review and entry, payment runs, supplier onboarding, employee expense review, tax compliance, 1099 preparation, account reconciliations, and payment inquiries. The role also supports process improvements, vendor communication, credit card processing, and accurate maintenance of AP records. This hybrid position requires on-site work in Saint Paul, Minnesota, on Mondays, with additional remote flexibility after training.

Owns sales and profitability for a territory covering Northern California, Washington, Western Canada, and Alaska. Responsibilities include growing key accounts, prospecting, developing territory plans, managing complex customer projects, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, forecasting, maintaining Salesforce records, and presenting customized technical solutions. The role requires frequent customer travel, strong solution-selling skills, and experience in life sciences or technical sales.
