Support execution of Entity Management SaaS product strategy (Insider Management). Translate strategy into prioritized features and backlog items, partner with agile delivery teams and stakeholders, define requirements, measure outcomes from customer data, enable go-to-market readiness, and identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies.

Develop and maintain enterprise Java applications within a global, cross-functional team. Design, build, test, and deploy solutions using Spring/Hibernate and enterprise stacks, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, apply best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver maintainable, high-quality software.

Lead and execute functional testing (primarily manual, with future automation), design traceable test cases, manage test data and defects, support non‑functional testing, maintain tools and frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor team members to improve quality and processes.
