Manages risk, controls, governance, audits, regulatory monitoring, operational events, remediation, change and project risk, metrics, and third-party oversight for US operations. Partners with business leaders, internal audit, compliance, and global stakeholders to identify risks, implement controls, track findings, support process reviews, and report key risk and performance metrics to senior management and the Board.

Manage client relationships and deliver accounting and financial reporting services for share-based compensation plans. Prepare IFRS and US GAAP-compliant reports, maintain client data in EquatePyramid, support valuations using option pricing and Monte Carlo techniques, resolve client queries, complete compliance checks, and contribute to projects and process improvements.

Lead complex IT change initiatives across global development teams using Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk and issue management, governance, documentation, stakeholder reporting, dependency coordination, scope management, workshops, and supplier relationships. The role requires effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders and delivery of multiple projects from initiation through completion.
