Ten-week, full-time internship supporting Corporate Services during the AGM season for Hong Kong-listed companies. Responsibilities include coordinating meeting logistics, configuring online and on-site registration and voting systems, managing attendee registration, counting votes, and assisting with daily team tasks and projects. The role offers hands-on exposure to shareholder relations, corporate services, financial markets, and share registry operations.

Support the full procurement contract lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, contract review and negotiation, renewals, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and supplier performance management. The role provides commercial and market insights, maintains contract records, and supports procurement initiatives focused on value, efficiency, and risk management.
