Leads an academic program by training, mentoring, and monitoring faculty; supporting student success and retention; overseeing curriculum delivery; conducting faculty observations and meetings; interviewing instructors; advising students; coordinating events and field trips; and contributing to program improvement and curriculum development.

Manages curriculum development, implementation, review, and revision across academic programs. Collaborates with faculty, subject matter experts, vendors, and academic leadership to align curricula with certification, accreditation, regulatory, and institutional requirements. Evaluates student learning outcomes, conducts educational research, develops faculty resources, leads professional development workshops, selects instructional materials, and integrates improved teaching methods and technologies.
