Build pipelines using job boards, social media, technical forums; coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and work with account teams to meet client requirements, with emphasis on US-market and visa candidate experience.

Provide Level 3 on-site support for servers, LAN/WAN, desktops, laptops, printers, switches and video conferencing. Install/configure Windows clients and servers, troubleshoot network and hardware issues, coordinate local IT projects, and work with staff to implement countermeasures. Respond immediately to production-impacting incidents and perform scheduled overtime or weekend work as needed.
