Supports Account Managers throughout the sales and order fulfillment lifecycle. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, maintaining customer and opportunity records, processing orders, tracking shipments, coordinating with vendors and distributors, supporting RMA resolution, and communicating with customers and partners. The role also assists with pricing, promotions, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with finance, procurement, operations, and logistics teams.

The Senior Account Executive builds and manages customer relationships, presents technology solutions, collaborates with engineers, and analyzes business requirements to deliver tailored proposals. With a focus on sales in the Oregon and Washington markets, the role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills along with technical expertise in IT solutions.

Coordinates CompuNet’s enterprise audit readiness and compliance program from planning through completion and remediation. Manages audit calendars, roadmaps, control libraries, evidence repositories, stakeholder communications, readiness dashboards, risk tracking, corrective actions, and executive reporting. Partners cross-functionally to support Microsoft, Cisco, ISO, SOC, OSHA, regulatory, contractual, and internal audits while improving documentation, control effectiveness, and compliance maturity.
