Designs and implements identity and access management solutions for customers, including pre-sales architecture and post-sales implementation. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, developing technical proposals and documentation, creating repeatable architectures, mentoring engineers, delivering training, supporting strategic accounts, and presenting to customers and industry events. Requires expertise in identity protocols, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, cloud platforms, scripting, IT operations, consulting, and technical project management.

Develop and manage customer relationships, identify business challenges, and sell tailored technology solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams, manufacturers, and distributors to present technically valid proposals, ROI analyses, and solution designs. Maintain customer satisfaction, learn new products, support business development, and contribute to sales growth across Eastern and Central Washington.

Coordinates cybersecurity projects from kickoff through closeout, tracking scope, budgets, schedules, deliverables, invoices, risks, customer satisfaction, and change orders. Maintains project records in ConnectWise Manage, facilitates stakeholder communication, supports contract administration and quality control, and conducts project reviews. The role collaborates with cybersecurity, engineering, sales, service delivery, and regional teams to ensure consistent, customer-focused project delivery.
