Plans and analyzes engineering workforce capacity, demand, utilization, skills, certifications, and readiness. Coordinates resource allocation recommendations, identifies staffing and skill gaps, develops forecasts and reporting, and improves workforce planning processes. Partners with engineering, sales, project management, service delivery, and leadership teams to support hiring, training, cross-functional development, and customer delivery decisions without directly managing personnel or project schedules.

Supports Finance through process improvement, requirements gathering, ERP and business application enhancements, process documentation, testing, troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, user adoption, and training. The role partners with Finance leadership, business teams, consultants, and systems integrators to improve accounting, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, reporting, and related workflows. It represents Finance business needs during solution delivery and helps validate and implement changes.

Leads customer-facing AI pre-sales engagements and designs tailored enterprise AI architectures. Advises executive stakeholders on AI strategy, ROI, governance, secure LLM integration, RAG, cloud deployment, networking, datacenter infrastructure, and conversational or agentic AI. Partners with sales, engineering, and technical domain teams to evolve AI offerings, guide digital transformation, and promote scalable, ethical, high-performance deployments.
