Design, develop and optimize high-performance C++ components for medical desktop applications. Architect multithreading and parallelization, modernize legacy components, analyze and tune performance, and collaborate with Architecture, QA and Product to deliver robust, maintainable solutions while leveraging AI agents for refactoring and code analysis.

Design and own end-to-end automated test strategies across unit, integration, system, UI, stress and performance testing for medical software. Build and evolve test harnesses and CI/CD pipelines for C++ desktop, .NET and web applications, run stress/performance tests to identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with developers, architects and product management. Champion shift-left practices and leverage AI agents (e.g., Claude Code) to generate, maintain and triage tests and reusable QA automation workflows.

Design, build and operate production ETL/ELT data pipelines in Python and FastAPI, maintain Spark/Scala workloads, ensure data quality, lineage and observability, collaborate with product and AI teams to deliver AI-ready data products, and apply testing, CI/CD and schema management.
