Perform manual UI, functional, regression, exploratory, usability, and installation testing for Windows desktop healthcare applications. Create and execute test cases, document results, track defects, collaborate with development and business teams, support release signoffs, and expand automated test coverage using C#, Playwright, and existing automation frameworks. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines while following documentation and quality practices.

Manage post-sale relationships with healthcare revenue cycle management customers, serving as a trusted advisor to providers and executives. Drive engagement, retention, customer growth, KPI performance, revenue cycle improvements, billing audits, and account receivable outcomes. Coordinate internal resources across support, sales, IT, accounting, compliance, and consulting teams while conducting executive meetings and reviewing customer strategies and performance.

Supports application operations automation by addressing backlog items, implementing Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines, onboarding platforms including an on-premise AI platform, contributing to an AI chatbot, and maintaining infrastructure documentation. The role develops toward ownership of infrastructure automation and AI platform operations under senior guidance. Participation in on-call rotation is required after training.
