Leads CGM’s global cloud and hosting strategy, operations, managed services, and SaaS transformation. Owns infrastructure P&L, hosting portfolio, SLAs, pricing, security, compliance, and enterprise offers. Builds globally distributed teams across hosting operations, SRE, migration, and compliance. Defines architectures spanning cloud-native, hybrid, on-premise, and edge environments while balancing resilience, cost, scalability, regulatory requirements, and sustainable margins.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under French GAAP and IFRS; maintain and reconcile French ledgers; coordinate payroll, tax, and internal finance teams; submit VAT and tax filings; and support year-end audits and statutory compliance for international entities.

Drive cross-functional service reliability and continuous improvement projects across an international support organization. Own incident management processes, analyze recurring issues, lead root cause analysis and postmortems, establish release and incident governance, develop response playbooks, and coordinate corrective actions with Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
