Serve as front-desk and administrative support for a clinical facility: greet clients, schedule appointments, maintain client records in the EHR, collect payments, assist with financial assessments, communicate with providers, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality. Position floats between sites with rotating 8-hour shifts within 5:30am–6pm, M–F.

Support youth and families in the WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) program by participating in wraparound meetings, connecting families with schools and community resources, providing direct skills coaching, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and learning documentation, case planning, and advocacy for youth mental health.

Oversee fiscal, administrative, clinical, and operational functions for the Benton Franklin site. Provide clinical supervision, staff leadership, training, budgeting, compliance, strategic planning, and program development to ensure quality, culturally competent behavioral health services.
