Coordinates the organization’s quality improvement process, including process improvement projects, training delivery, data collection and analysis, risk identification, and report development. Leads QI training based on LEAN and Six Sigma principles, collaborates with the Quality Improvement Board, evaluates performance data, and designs interventions to improve healthcare quality.

Provides front-desk and administrative support in a behavioral healthcare clinic, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, maintaining staff schedules, updating records, verifying insurance, processing EHR data, completing financial assessments, collecting payments, reconciling funds, and generating compliance reports.

The HR Generalist maintains HRIS and employee lifecycle records, supports payroll coordination, compensation decisions, recruiting, credentialing, onboarding, performance evaluations, investigations, and employee relations. The role administers the ATS, provides HRIS training, manages employment verifications and employee programs, supports audits and benefits processes, and advises employees and supervisors on HR policies and compliance.
