Reviews and reconciles LIHEAP fuel-delivery transactions, vendor documentation, grant balances, refunds, and financial records. Identifies discrepancies, follows up with vendors and staff, maintains compliance documentation, prepares reports, supports audits and monitoring, and helps improve tracking tools and compliance workflows while safeguarding sensitive information.

Provides accounting and fiscal support to the Fiscal Department and CFO. Responsibilities include preparing grant fiscal reports, maintaining audit documentation, comparing grant budgets to actuals, recording journal transactions, payroll and benefits costs, accounts receivable, deposits, and supporting accounts payable. The role also assists with financial reporting, special projects, record accuracy, deadlines, and cross-department collaboration.
