Provide peer support to individuals recovering from substance use disorders by sharing lived experience, mentoring, advocating, participating in treatment planning, conducting assessments and drug screens, attending court, and leading weekly jail groups to promote long-term recovery.

The Community Support Associate assists youth in engaging with community activities, enforces behavior plans, and coordinates with an interdisciplinary team. They manage treatment plans, complete training, and maintain documentation while providing a safe and supportive environment.

The Kentucky Moms MAT-R Case Manager evaluates client needs, coordinates care, provides training to agencies, and attends workshops to promote the program.
