Manages general ledger activity, contracts and grants accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, cash-flow reporting, billing, audits, budgeting, and grant reporting. Provides financial information to departments and supports accounts payable, payroll, and the CFO. Requires accounting education, analytical skills, and working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel.

Leads the organization’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash management, audits, compliance, investments, billing, payroll, and internal controls. Oversees CCBHC financial operations, reimbursement, grants, cost reporting, funding requirements, and sustainability planning. Advises the CEO and Board, supervises finance, IT, and maintenance teams, and ensures financial systems support healthcare operations and regulatory compliance.

Oversee the Buffalo Trace Point of Entry early intervention program, including staff hiring, caseload monitoring, training, quality assurance, documentation, reporting, contract compliance, referrals, community outreach, and stakeholder relationships. Facilitate staff and council meetings, represent the program at community events, and provide early intervention training to community partners. The role may include home visits and requires dependable transportation.
