Teams at Composites One

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to optimize AR performance and minimize credit risk. Perform credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and collections; set credit limits and terms; resolve disputes and payment issues; partner with Sales and Operations; drive process improvements and mentor credit team members.

Provide administrative support for the distribution center: handle correspondence, order entry, billing issues, mail/shipments, reception duties, record filing, office supplies, and confidential administrative tasks while supporting customer communication and problem resolution.

Lead daily master data operations and governance, manage MDM tools and integrations, ensure data quality and remediation, establish metrics and SLAs, lead and develop a team, manage vendors, and drive continuous process improvement and stakeholder enablement.
