Composites One Benefits Overview

Leads the Price Analysis team and manages end-to-end customer price changes, supplier cost increases, pricing data, and SAP updates. Develops pricing analytics, scorecards, and margin-enhancement recommendations using Vistex and Incorta BI. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to improve profitability, automation, and data integrity. Manages and develops pricing personnel, leads process improvements and system initiatives, and provides pricing training and guidance across the organization.

Provides customer support as the primary contact for account inquiries, order entry, order fulfillment, back-orders, pricing updates, and non-technical issue resolution. Coordinates communication between customers and internal departments, maintains accurate ERP pricing information, follows quality and standard operating procedures, and supports sales-related processes. The role requires Microsoft Office and Windows proficiency, a high school diploma or GED, and up to 10% travel.

Serves as the primary customer contact, handling inquiries, accurate order entry, order and back-order communication, non-technical problem resolution, pricing updates in the ERP system, and cross-functional coordination. The role supports order fulfillment, customer relationships, quality procedures, and sales processes while providing general organizational assistance.
