Lead Composio’s technical support function, owning complex customer cases, escalations, queue health, and resolution quality. Build support operations across San Francisco and Bangalore, including coverage, handoffs, service standards, staffing, and capacity planning. Hire, coach, and develop technical support engineers while introducing AI into intake, investigation, drafting, and follow-up workflows. Partner with Engineering, Product, and FDE teams to convert recurring customer issues into product fixes, documentation, automation, and improved developer experience.

The Growth Marketing Manager will manage paid acquisition, influencer partnerships, newsletters, and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and work closely with product teams and agencies.

The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts, developing and closing new business while exceeding sales targets and collaborating with technical teams.
