Conduct outbound calls and email sales cadences to enterprise prospects, generate new business and revenue, and qualify opportunities for direct sales representatives. Handle inbound marketing leads and voicemails, meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales indicators, attend coaching and training, and maintain accurate CRM sales reports. The role requires strong communication, organization, self-motivation, sales ability, and familiarity with enterprise software.

The Business Solutions Sales Representative will acquire new business customers and upsell to existing accounts, focusing on meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Support design, deployment, testing, monitoring and troubleshooting of voice and data network components (LAN/WAN, VoIP, SIP, SBCs). Maintain documentation, participate in implementations and maintenance windows, produce project estimates/drawings, research new technologies, and assist management with budgeting and reports.
