Component Repair Technologies Benefits Overview

Develops and executes recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media, website content, and community engagement strategies. Manages digital content and analytics across multiple platforms to support brand awareness, talent attraction, career pathways, and retention. Builds relationships with educational institutions and local partners, represents the company at recruiting events, and creates targeted campaigns for workforce segments. This is an onsite role in Mentor, Ohio, with occasional local travel and evening or Saturday events.

Designs and modifies tooling and fixture drawings for aerospace component repair and overhaul using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Collaborates with engineering and production teams, reviews designs against OEM and aerospace standards, maintains controlled documentation, creates prototype tooling through 3D printing, and uses 3D scanning for reverse engineering. Requires drafting and tooling design experience, manufacturing knowledge, GD&T, FEA understanding, and familiarity with safety practices.

Develops and improves machining processes for turning, milling, and grinding operations. Resolves repair-process issues, reduces rework, improves throughput, creates production work instructions, designs tooling and fixtures, validates quality and testing requirements, and supports implementation of materials, technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role works with production managers, engineers, and technicians in an aerospace turbine-component repair environment while interpreting FAA-approved technical data, OEM manuals, blueprints, and industry standards.
