The Value Engineer connects Complexio's AI platform capabilities to quantified business outcomes, leading value discovery and business case development for enterprise clients, while tracking and proving promised value throughout customer engagements.

Design, build, and operate a scalable, secure deployment platform across on-prem and multi-cloud environments using Kubernetes. Support LLMs, graph and vector databases, and GPU-based ML workflows. Implement CI/CD, containerization, automation, monitoring, and documentation while collaborating on early-stage product development and custom deployment models.

The Client Director is responsible for managing strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring customer success, driving adoption, retention, and growth. This role involves acting as a technical translator between clients and the product team, maintaining executive engagement, and overseeing account health and revenue through renewals and upselling.
