Coordinate patient referrals and imaging orders, schedule appointments, notify patients, provide instructions, enter and verify orders in the EMR, track reports, process authorizations, and collaborate with providers, staff, and outside agencies. Maintain accurate referral logs, support clinic workflows, educate staff, and ensure timely patient care while managing competing priorities and confidential information.
