Maintains provider and claim information, meets productivity targets, performs quality reviews, and escalates system or bill review issues. Requires medical terminology and CPT, ICD-9, and ICD-10 coding knowledge, basic typing, 10-key proficiency, and flexibility for shift and hybrid work.
