Serve as named Program Manager and single point of accountability for a BPA supporting a U.S. Combatant Command. Oversee contractor and subcontractor personnel across multiple OCONUS locations, enforce quality assurance, supervise technical efforts, manage performance, exercise decision authority, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate Scrum/Agile execution, ensure SOFA compliance, and liaise with the CO/COR and Government stakeholders.
