Lead full-stack development for enterprise knowledge management systems across classified and unclassified networks. Design and build C#/.NET web applications using Angular and React, REST/GraphQL integrations, databases, data models, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Establish architecture, coding, security, accessibility, and DevSecOps standards. Develop Power Platform solutions when appropriate, maintain documentation and observability, conduct technical reviews, and mentor developers while supporting compliance with OWASP, DISA STIG, Section 508, and DoD security requirements.

Lead engineering, administration, governance, and sustainment of Microsoft collaboration platforms across classified and unclassified networks. Configure SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform solutions; enforce security, records management, access controls, and data-loss prevention policies; troubleshoot escalated issues; plan upgrades; develop documentation and training; coordinate with mission stakeholders; and mentor junior engineers.
