Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of a Figma design system migration for enterprise restaurant software: audit files, run proofs of concept, restructure libraries, reconnect assets, troubleshoot tokens/components, validate relationships, partner with stakeholders, and document handoff for a 3–6 month remote engagement.

Design end-to-end enterprise architectures, translate business strategy into actionable blueprints, select and integrate major platforms (Aladdin, SAP, CRM), identify integration risks, collaborate with stakeholders, and document architectural standards to ensure security, performance, and scalability in complex, regulated environments.

Serve as the senior client-facing owner who shapes end-to-end data, technology, and AI solutions from ambiguous problem statements through design, build, and adoption. Lead executive conversations, validate technical approaches, partner with architects and engineers, evaluate AI feasibility, and drive process and ways-of-working improvements while supporting delivery.
