Supports sales outreach, marketing campaigns, CRM maintenance, and business operations while identifying process inefficiencies and implementing practical improvements. Builds and documents workflows, uses automation and AI tools to reduce manual effort, manages recurring administrative tasks, and partners with leadership to improve execution across sales, consulting operations, and talent functions.

Build and ship lightweight production applications, APIs, integrations, automation, and LLM-based tools for data and product workflows. Map existing processes, redesign workflows, establish data models, replace spreadsheet tracking with structured systems, and partner with engineers on larger builds. Develop authoring assistants, validation tools, anomaly checks, and workflow agents while ensuring data quality, human review, documentation, and user adoption.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a high-visibility real-time technology platform, coordinating business stakeholders and engineering teams. Translate requirements into technical tasks, API specifications, and sprint backlogs; facilitate Agile ceremonies; manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and project health reporting. The role requires strong software delivery, consulting, stakeholder management, SDLC, and Agile expertise, with on-site availability in Irvine two to three days weekly for an estimated six-month engagement.
