The Product Designer III leads user experience design, collaborates with teams, ensures consistency in design language, and conducts user research while mentoring.

Lead administration and compliance for major government and multilateral grants across multiple countries. Provide technical support to national offices, coordinate implementation, monitoring, reporting, and financial oversight. Liaise with donors, legal, finance, and MERL teams, train staff, manage risks and compliance issues, and contribute to proposal scoping and acquisition efforts.

Coordinate and support donor and sponsor tours by managing logistics, translators, accommodations, transportation and budgets. Ensure child protection compliance, train translators, collaborate with partnership and marketing teams, provide field orientation, and assist with trip evaluation and reporting. Serve as an advocate for children while supporting event and visit quality.
