Conduct prospect and donor research to support philanthropic fundraising, including wealth assessments, portfolio analysis, donor profiling, and pipeline development. Translate data into actionable recommendations, prepare research reports, collaborate with fundraising and cross-functional teams, and improve donor database and prospect management systems. Monitor philanthropy trends and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive donor information.

Leads ministry-wide financial reporting and serves as a finance business partner to assigned departments. Responsibilities include preparing executive reports, dashboards, variance analyses, budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, financial models, and decision-support recommendations. The role collaborates on Adaptive Planning and Office Connect reporting, validates financial data, analyzes capital expenditures and investments, supports strategic planning, and may coach other analysts.

Leads strategic People and Culture initiatives for executives and multinational teams. Advises on talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, change management, and labor compliance. Coaches leaders and employees, investigates workplace concerns, analyzes engagement metrics, develops HR programs, and oversees other HR professionals. Requires strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, advanced English, strategic influence, coaching ability, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
