Serve as a strategic HR business partner advising leaders on employee relations, performance, compensation, talent, and change management. Drive HR programs (recruiting, benefits, onboarding), ensure legal compliance, investigate workplace issues, analyze engagement, and coach managers and peers to improve team effectiveness.

Lead Compassion International's country program in Mexico as the external representative and senior operations leader. Provide strategic program leadership, staff development, child protection oversight, M&E, budgeting/legal compliance, local resource mobilization, and collaboration with marketing and support services to fulfill organizational mission and integrity.

The Product Designer III leads user experience design, collaborates with teams, ensures consistency in design language, and conducts user research while mentoring.
