Provide executive and operational support to Operational Excellence leadership, manage calendars and travel, coordinate events, maintain team resources and dashboards, analyze basic business data, support process improvements and small-to-medium projects, track budget variances, train stakeholders, and leverage Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 to increase efficiency.

Lead and support complex, cross-functional People & Culture initiatives end-to-end by coordinating planning, alignment, implementation, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. Facilitate problem-solving, apply agile and project management practices, create process documentation and reporting, and partner with Centers of Expertise and global stakeholders to drive strategy through execution while upholding organizational and child-protection commitments.

The Business Development Specialist manages proposal writing for grants, coordinates proposal processes, and collaborates with teams to align proposals with donor requirements.
