Teams at Compassion International

Leads global mobility and immigration programs, including international assignments, relocations, remote work abroad, immigration, and Employer of Record arrangements. Develops policies, ensures regulatory compliance, manages vendors, audits cases, analyzes mobility data, advises senior leaders, and partners with legal, security, finance, and People & Culture teams. Provides coaching and oversees compensation-related mobility initiatives across regions.

Facilitates partnerships between Compassion International and local churches in Siem Reap. Strengthens church ownership and capacity, supports child and youth program planning and implementation, coordinates cross-functional teams, mobilizes local resources, manages program cycles, promotes cluster collaboration, and helps churches implement child protection practices. Builds trusted relationships with pastors, church staff, families, youth, and community stakeholders while overseeing partnership agreements and ministry outcomes.

The Program Support Specialist II supports holistic child development programs, providing expertise in health-related areas, coaching staff, and ensuring effective program design and implementation while advocating for children's needs.
