Leads operational systems, project management, volunteer platforms, and event execution across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats. Responsibilities include system administration, workflow development, event logistics, vendor and contract management, procurement, budgeting, registration analysis, technical troubleshooting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The role provides functional leadership for event teams and supports special initiatives across the organization.

Oversee end-to-end creative production operations across print, digital, video, and multimedia projects. Manage schedules, workflows, resources, vendors, freelancers, budgets, contracts, quality assurance, fulfillment, distribution, inventory, and creative technology systems. Establish production processes and handoff protocols, coordinate stakeholders, maintain asset management tools, and ensure creative materials are delivered efficiently, consistently, and on schedule.

Leads the design, implementation, evaluation, and national scaling of end-of-life care programs. Develops program strategies, roadmaps, governance models, implementation frameworks, tools, and measurable outcomes. Builds partnerships, funding strategies, organizational infrastructure, and sector capacity through training and technical assistance. Oversees evaluation, continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional learning while advising leadership and representing the organization externally. Supervises program staff and provides strategic direction to distributed teams, consultants, and partners.
