Manage a portfolio of real estate agent customers as their primary contact, providing account support, technology adoption guidance, training, marketing assistance, onboarding coordination, and issue resolution. The role also supports office operations, facilities escalation, supply management, community building, and company initiatives. This is a fully in-office position requiring strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Own top-of-funnel pipeline through inbound support and targeted outbound campaigns. Conduct consultative discovery with real estate professionals, develop territory strategies, execute prospecting initiatives, document competitive intelligence, and communicate Compass’s value proposition. Collaborate with sales managers and enablement teams to refine talk tracks and sales processes. Success requires consistent performance against metrics, strong organization, persistence, communication skills, and professional judgment in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Coordinates agent marketing and branding initiatives from planning through execution and tracking. Manages communication systems, client service, design projects, vendors, marketing plans, budgets, social media, email campaigns, and performance analysis. Supports platform adoption through marketing, communications, and training, while developing regional social media and email assets. The role requires in-office work in Syosset, NY, with travel to Huntington and Garden City offices.
