Serve as the primary account manager for a portfolio of agents, driving adoption of Compass tools, providing training and marketing support, managing onboarding and office initiatives, handling escalations, mentoring coordinators, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver world-class customer experiences.

Drive net-new revenue by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams. Build and manage a consultative pipeline, position Compasss value proposition, develop local market expertise, and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet revenue quotas.

As an Elite Transaction Coordinator, you will manage real estate transactions, support agents, ensure compliance, and provide exceptional client service while maintaining organized documentation and communication across teams.
