As a Records Examiner/Analyst, you will review data for accuracy, manage case files, prepare documents, and ensure compliance with deadlines while contributing to the mission of the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Support USAO attorneys by researching and analyzing case materials, preparing pleadings, organizing discovery and exhibits, interviewing law enforcement, summarizing testimony, producing trial exhibits and documents, and assisting with pretrial and settlement work. Use litigation support tools and databases and provide training as needed while maintaining file organization and high-quality work under pressure.

Support the US Attorney's Office Financial Litigation Unit by extracting case information from LIONS, PACER, and sentencing documents; create case folders and initial legal correspondence; generate and secure investigative reports (Lexis-Nexis, credit, BOP Sentry); coordinate with prosecutors, investigators, probation officers and court clerks to enforce restitution judgments.
