Performs financial database quality control, reconciliation, accounting compliance reviews, financial statement analysis, audit and certification program evaluations, and budget request preparation in support of ATF law enforcement operations. The role identifies improper or illegal expenditures, recommends corrective actions, and ensures adherence to federal laws, regulations, government accounting practices, and OMB guidance.

Reviews, validates, and enters case data from legal and non-legal sources supporting DEA asset forfeiture and law enforcement operations. The role maintains case files, resolves discrepancies, tracks deadlines, requests additional information, prepares reports and correspondence, and provides status updates. Strong attention to detail, data-entry accuracy, document interpretation, communication, and workload management are required. U.S. citizenship and a seven- or ten-year background investigation are required.

Maintains case files and databases, resolves inconsistencies, tracks deadlines, requests additional information, and prepares accurate reports, correspondence, summaries, and status updates. Requires strong attention to detail, communication, document analysis, workload management, and Microsoft Office skills.
