Supports ATF attorneys with federal forfeiture cases by reviewing investigative materials, evaluating probable cause, conducting legal research, interviewing law enforcement personnel, preparing discovery and pleadings, organizing exhibits, managing case files and witnesses, and developing trial exhibits and reports. The role also assists with settlements, summarizes legal proceedings, provides training, and performs litigation support using databases and office software.

Collects, analyzes, reconciles, and organizes information from multiple sources in support of FBI asset forfeiture operations. Maintains case files and databases, performs accurate data entry, tracks deadlines, coordinates additional information requests, and prepares reports, summaries, documents, and status updates. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, organization, document review, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to handle legal and non-legal information.

Provides financial management, accounting, budgeting, and reporting support for USDA seized and forfeited asset accounts. Reviews invoices, receipts, reports, and reprogramming requests; analyzes revenue and expense trends; supports budget execution and financial reporting; and performs liaison functions. The role requires strong Excel, organizational, communication, data-entry, customer-service, and teamwork skills, along with U.S. citizenship and a background investigation.
