Designs and supports mission-critical DevOps and systems engineering solutions, including automated deployments, network and telecommunications integrations, monitoring, logging, virtualization, security, and high-availability architectures. Troubleshoots hardware and software systems, documents technical designs, collaborates across engineering teams, supports customer deployments and testing, and mentors junior engineers.

Designs, develops, executes, and maintains automated regression tests for mission-critical communications software. Integrates test suites into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoots failures, produces dashboards and test metrics, documents defects, and improves release processes. Collaborates with manual testers, DevOps engineers, and integration leads while supporting multiple Agile/Scrum projects.

Supports daily operations of enterprise network infrastructure across headquarters and 52 field offices. Responsibilities include monitoring network health, maintaining LAN/WAN systems, configuring Cisco and Meraki equipment, troubleshooting connectivity and VLAN issues, monitoring Palo Alto firewalls, supporting VPN and Azure connections, resolving WAN/MPLS outages, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining procedures and configuration records. The role is fully onsite, requires weekend and emergency availability, and involves obtaining agency suitability clearance.
