Teams at Compass Early Learning and Care

Leads and co-leads daily licensed childcare centre operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, staffing ratios, safety, budgeting, payroll, billing, scheduling, onboarding, and quality programming. Supports educators with play-based learning, fosters an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture, promotes diversity and equity, and builds strong relationships with children, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners.

Plan and lead play-based activities, supervise and support school-age children, document learning, maintain health and safety, engage families and team, and follow licensing standards.

Provide engaging, play-based care and supervision for kindergarten and school-age children in a split-shift role. Plan and document learning, maintain health and safety, assist with personal care, build family partnerships, collaborate with staff and community partners, attend training, and follow CELC and regulatory policies.
