Plan and lead play-based activities, supervise and support school-age children, document learning, maintain health and safety, engage families and team, and follow licensing standards.

Coordinate the WAGE equity project by managing logistics, schedules, documentation, and consultants; engage community and municipal partners; support research, knowledge sharing, and professional learning; assist HR, Communications, and internal working groups to remove barriers for newcomer and racialized immigrant women entering childcare.

Provide supervised, play-based learning and care for school-age children in a split-shift role. Plan activities, document learning, ensure safety and hygiene, support families, collaborate with staff and community partners, and follow licensing and CELC policies. Work includes full-day coverage during school breaks and participation in professional development and team duties.
