Provides community-based case management, crisis support, and goal-directed interventions for children with severe emotional disturbances and their families. Maintains treatment-plan contacts, completes progress documentation, attends treatment-plan and crisis meetings, coordinates assessments, and keeps scheduling records current. Requires flexible hours, strong organization and teamwork, mental health or human services education or equivalent experience, required training completion, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides individualized peer support to adults with mental health or addiction issues. Uses lived recovery experience to help clients establish personal recovery goals, build stability, make decisions, and access community resources. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment teams and supports clients and families in the community. Requires lived experience with mental health or addiction services, at least one year in recovery, required state training, CPR and First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides community-based psychiatric support and treatment to children, adolescents, and families through goal-directed interventions tied to individualized treatment plans. Services are delivered face-to-face in agency, school, home, and community settings. The role requires collaboration with families and other support individuals, flexibility in changing community-based programs, case management certification, and completion of required safety and service trainings.
