Leads federal, state, and international tax compliance, including returns, estimated payments, information filings, and tax calendar management. Supports ASC 740 income tax provisions, transfer pricing documentation, tax audits, reconciliations, tax research, and financial statement disclosures. Partners with finance, accounting, legal, and operations teams, provides tax guidance, analyzes regulatory impacts, and implements process improvements. Requires strong corporate tax knowledge, international reporting experience, tax software expertise, and advanced Excel skills.

Provides independent HR coordination and administrative support for more than 250 Canadian employees across multiple locations. Responsibilities include employee inquiries, onboarding, offboarding, leave and accommodation processes, documentation, benefits administration, employee relations support, HR reporting, project coordination, policy communications, audits, and health and safety committee support. The role partners with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Legal, HRIS, and other teams while maintaining confidential records and improving employee experience.

Provides Tier 1–3 support for Avid editorial systems and designs, implements, and maintains Avid-based workflows for editing, ingest, media management, and delivery. The role supports creative applications, remote and in-studio production infrastructure, storage, networking, hardware, software, and third-party integrations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, workflow optimization, documentation, inventory management, system architecture support, and translating technical guidance for nontechnical staff in a fast-paced post-production environment.
