Supports post-production leadership by coordinating workflows, schedules, deliveries, archives, billing, documentation, and project tracking across multiple projects. Leads smaller projects from start to delivery, resolves workflow challenges, coordinates cross-functional teams, identifies operational gaps, maintains SOPs, and mentors junior staff. Requires strong post-production project management experience, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Provides evening front desk and administrative support at a postproduction facility. Greets and checks in clients and visitors, manages badges, keys, logs, shipments, supplies, and expenses, supports room and event setup, routes client requests, communicates operational updates, coordinates maintenance issues, and follows emergency and security protocols. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, confidentiality, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a client-facing office environment.

Supports Producers in coordinating short-form post-production projects from client handoff through final delivery. Responsibilities include managing schedules, timelines, deliverables, project elements, client reviews, meetings, feedback, vendor coordination, work orders, invoicing, and client communications. The role monitors project progress, identifies resource or scheduling issues, supports Operations and creative teams, and helps resolve challenges while ensuring timely delivery.
