Evening front desk representative at a Manhattan facility who greets and checks in clients, manages session schedules and bookings, routes calls, supports client services and Framestore check-ins, handles general purchasing/logging, and assists with production billing. Requires organization, professionalism, and proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and Google Docs.

Support episodic production by coordinating schedules, tracking project and delivery status, liaising with clients and internal teams, assisting with work orders and SAN/storage management, troubleshooting sessions with engineering, and mentoring production coordinators. Available for variable shifts, overtime, and occasional travel between studios.

Manage day-to-day VFX project operations: create and maintain schedules, track budgets and resources, communicate with artists/supervisors/clients, enforce pipeline standards and version control, troubleshoot production issues, support team onboarding and mentorship, and help improve production tools and workflows to deliver projects on time and on budget.
