Support colorists in supervised client sessions and maintain color grading workflows from ingest to final delivery. Prep projects, manage displays/audio/technical setup, render deliverables to spec, track versions, update project repositories, and communicate with Producers and Production Coordinators. Provide troubleshooting, weekend on-call coverage, and adapt to evolving post-production tools and processes.

Support episodic production by coordinating schedules, tracking project and delivery status, liaising with clients and internal teams, assisting with work orders and SAN/storage management, troubleshooting sessions with engineering, and mentoring production coordinators. Available for variable shifts, overtime, and occasional travel between studios.

Manage day-to-day VFX production: create and maintain schedules, track budgets, allocate resources, enforce workflow and version control, liaise with clients and vendors, support and mentor artists, and improve pipelines and production tools to deliver projects on time and on budget.
