Coordinates episodic post-production projects, schedules, resources, client communications, status reporting, work orders, billing, deliveries, and session readiness. Supports producers, artists, engineers, clients, and sister facilities while monitoring budgets, deadlines, technical issues, and project requirements. Requires onsite work in Santa Monica, occasional work in Hollywood, and availability for overtime, variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Oversees overnight dailies operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow design, quality control, troubleshooting, operator training, performance coaching, and deadline management. Coordinates with clients, local departments, global dailies and image science teams, investigates complaints, supports application releases, and reports operational improvements and technical issues to management.

Provides Tier 1–3 support for Avid editorial systems and designs, implements, and maintains Avid-based workflows for editing, ingest, media management, and delivery. The role supports creative applications, remote and in-studio production infrastructure, storage, networking, hardware, software, and third-party integrations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, workflow optimization, documentation, inventory management, system architecture support, and translating technical guidance for nontechnical staff in a fast-paced post-production environment.
