Coordinates caregiver schedules to meet client care needs, manages new referrals, monitors caregiver performance, resolves client and employee concerns, documents updates in the EMR, supports care managers, and participates in recruiting and orientation. The role requires strong communication, organization, conflict-resolution, technology, and interpersonal skills in a primarily office-based homecare environment.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare and home-care roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance. Partners with hiring managers, maintains candidate and employee records, coordinates background and credential checks, supports job fairs and community outreach, and ensures compliance with employment laws and documentation requirements. The role also assists with recruiting projects, process improvements, and team initiatives.
