Lead the DACH partner ecosystem, managing a 12-person team to drive regional growth, partner success and Microsoft relationships. Own strategy, escalations, stakeholder alignment, and support partners’ cloud transformations, focusing on Business Central and expanding Power Platform and CRM adoption.
