Own the end-to-end product design experience for AI-driven compliance software, from problem discovery through launch and iteration. Design complex dashboards and workflows, build the design system, prototype interactions, conduct user research, collaborate closely with engineers, and maintain a high bar for visual and interaction quality. The role requires strong product thinking, systems design, AI-accelerated workflows, autonomy, and experience with complex B2B SaaS or data-heavy products.

Own product positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, landing-page copy, and customer newsletters. Translate Comp AI’s compliance and cybersecurity capabilities into compelling narratives for technical buyers, while measuring impact on conversion, pipeline, win rate, and deal velocity. Partner closely with sales, growth, customers, and founders to test messaging and support the company’s expansion into cybersecurity.
