Lead the full JD Edwards (JDE) application portfolio across fulfillment and financials, setting strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery discipline. Manage JDE team and vendor ecosystem, drive modernization (OCI, cloud, AI/automation), ensure compliance (PCI/SOC 2), and partner with Finance, IT, and Fulfillment to execute ROI-driven projects and operational support.
