Manage store backroom receiving and inventory operations, including entering products into the POS system, organizing merchandise, processing pallets, handling defective returns, and reporting inventory issues. Maintain accurate stock levels, product displays, signage, pricing, planograms, housekeeping, and retail standards. May assist with sales and customer service while working a flexible retail schedule.

Owns the Oracle JD Edwards ERP portfolio across fulfillment, distribution, financials, accounts payable, integrations, and supporting applications. Leads the ERP team and vendor ecosystem, establishes delivery governance and metrics, manages transformation initiatives, and partners with Finance, IT, and fulfillment leadership. Drives JDE modernization, OCI cloud migration, AI and automation adoption, integration improvements, compliance, managed services, and organizational resilience.

Receives and processes merchandise through the POS system, organizes and accounts for backroom inventory, processes damaged products, supports weekly pallet handling, and maintains accurate stock levels. Ensures merchandise is properly displayed, signed, priced, and maintained according to retail standards. Requires collaboration with store management, attention to detail, computer and math skills, and flexibility to work retail schedules.
