Owns the Oracle JD Edwards ERP portfolio across fulfillment, distribution, financials, accounts payable, integrations, and supporting applications. Leads the ERP team and vendor ecosystem, establishes delivery governance and metrics, manages transformation initiatives, and partners with Finance, IT, and fulfillment leadership. Drives JDE modernization, OCI cloud migration, AI and automation adoption, integration improvements, compliance, managed services, and organizational resilience.

Receives and processes merchandise through the POS system, organizes and accounts for backroom inventory, processes damaged products, supports weekly pallet handling, and maintains accurate stock levels. Ensures merchandise is properly displayed, signed, priced, and maintained according to retail standards. Requires collaboration with store management, attention to detail, computer and math skills, and flexibility to work retail schedules.

Manages store backroom receiving and inventory operations, including entering products into the POS system, organizing merchandise, processing weekly pallets, handling damaged returns, and reporting inventory issues. Supports accurate stock levels, store presentation, signage, shelf placement, price updates, planograms, housekeeping, and merchandising standards. May assist with sales and customer service.
