Leads CommUnityCare’s community engagement strategy to drive patient growth, retention, health equity, and brand trust. Oversees outreach programs, partnerships, events, budgets, grants, performance dashboards, patient experience initiatives, and Patient Advisory Council activities. Serves as a senior community and brand ambassador, advises cross-functional teams, manages large-scale initiatives and clinic launches, and supervises community development staff. Requires strong communication, public speaking, relationship management, leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Leads the governance, operating model, portfolio management, and implementation of responsible AI initiatives across a health and care system. Manages intake, prioritization, risks, reporting, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, change adoption, and measurable outcomes. Partners with clinical, operational, technical, legal, compliance, and external stakeholders to scale AI solutions responsibly across healthcare workflows.

Manages Ryan White HIV/AIDS and sexual health prevention grants, including compliance, budgeting, reporting, performance monitoring, audits, funder relationships, and process improvement. Supervises grant specialists and collaborates with finance, data, compliance, program, and leadership teams to ensure accurate deliverables, regulatory adherence, and strong program outcomes.
