Cultivates and grows commercial banking relationships, develops new business, manages commercial loan portfolios, analyzes creditworthiness, prepares lending recommendations, and ensures regulatory compliance. Advises small-business members on financial products, treasury services, SBA lending, and community resources while coordinating with credit analysts, treasury sales, and retail banking teams. Conducts annual portfolio reviews and cross-sells commercial banking products.

Build and manage member relationships by providing comprehensive financial planning, investment management, retirement, insurance, and legacy strategies. Develop a book of business through referrals and proactive outreach, provide personalized investment recommendations, meet sales and production goals, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with credit union teams to deliver holistic member service.

Provides proactive administrative support to executive leaders by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, expenses, confidential information, presentations, and special projects. Coordinates meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, catering, facilities, technology, and communications across departments. Supports strategic planning and prepares reports and presentation materials while maintaining professionalism, organization, discretion, and effective communication.
