Lead and execute donor and fundraising strategy to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Identify, cultivate, recruit, and steward individual, corporate, and foundation donors; manage donor database, fundraising communications, marketing materials, and special events; coordinate with finance, board, staff, volunteers, and fundraising committee.

Lead clinical operations, supervise and train clinical supervisors and therapists, manage intern program and caseload assignments, ensure program fidelity, oversee credentialing and billing oversight, support grant proposals, conduct quality assurance, and participate in leadership and external presentations.

Provide direct restorative conversations and re-entry meetings with students and families, run or supervise peace circles, promote trauma‑sensitive restorative practices, document case notes and reports, attend trainings, collaborate with schools and local agencies, present to community groups, and perform related program tasks under the Program Coordinator.
