Provides before- and after-school care for children, including supervision, attendance tracking, curriculum support, positive behavior guidance, safety, family case-management assistance, and maintaining clean learning spaces. The role supports children’s development, follows childcare regulations and USDA guidelines, protects confidentiality, and works across assigned school-age program sites.

Processes vendor, client, and contractor payments for energy and fuel assistance programs. Verifies documentation, applies payments to invoices, reconciles accounts, manages records, responds to payment inquiries, maintains vendor contracts, prepares check runs, and follows funding regulations. Supports client transfers, consumption data entry, audits, and emergency utility or fuel coordination.

Provides before- and after-school care, supervision, mentoring, homework support, and enrichment for school-age children. Serves as site lead when the Site Manager is absent, supports curriculum implementation, maintains attendance and records, follows safety and childcare regulations, assists with family case management, and fosters positive relationships, emotional development, cultural awareness, and constructive behavior.

Provides case management, advocacy, referrals, assessments, individualized service planning, crisis response, and self-sufficiency support for low-income and at-risk individuals and families. Maintains case records, coordinates interdisciplinary services, conducts home visits and inspections, supports appointments and transportation, and may perform on-call duties.
