Coordinates executive administration, fundraising operations, donor database maintenance, gift processing, reporting, donor communications, event planning, public relations, and volunteer management. Supports development strategy, donor and prospect research, appeals, signature events, corporate relationships, and volunteer onboarding. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, confidentiality, and flexibility for occasional early morning, evening, and weekend events.

Provides case management and supportive services to supported employment program participants. Coordinates housing, career, vocational rehabilitation, financial coaching, and community referrals; transports clients to appointments; conducts needs assessments; develops client goals; maintains documentation and client files; enters data into HMIS, Show the Way, and internal systems; supports homeless outreach, eligibility screening, and service coordination.
