Engages York County individuals and families through outreach, recruitment, enrollment, needs assessments, referrals, advocacy, and customer service. The Navigator maintains client records, supports applications for self-sufficiency programs, builds community partnerships, and represents the organization at events. The role requires culturally responsive communication, collaboration, reliable transportation, technology proficiency, and occasional evening or weekend availability.
