Supervise Day Habilitation Services and Direct Support Professionals, including staff training, scheduling, coverage, performance monitoring, and quality oversight. Support individuals with developmental disabilities and elderly clients in daily living activities, health, wellness, and personal care. Manage budgets, financial records, and reports while collaborating with leadership to improve services. The role requires driving, community-based work, required certifications and training, and compliance with background screening and North Dakota DHS approval.

Provides community-based peer support to individuals recovering from mental health disorders, brain injuries, or substance use disorders. Serves as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator while helping clients prevent relapse, build skills, and achieve independence. The role requires developing authentic peer relationships, sharing lived experience, supporting recovery goals, documenting services, and traveling to clients’ homes and community settings.
