Supports the Compliance/BSA Officer with Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering, OFAC, and regulatory compliance activities. Reviews new accounts, customer due diligence, beneficial ownership, transaction-monitoring alerts, high-risk customers, unusual activity referrals, CTRs, Reg CC holds, and compliance exceptions. Performs regulatory research, documentation, testing, data validation, quality control, and corrective-action tracking while escalating potential concerns and maintaining accurate records.

Processes account maintenance requests, including client information, beneficiary, representative, and address changes. Answers customer calls, supports new account and transfer departments, prepares correspondence and cash handling reports, and manages incoming and outgoing mail. Performs data entry, recordkeeping, telephone transfers, and routine administrative duties while applying knowledge of financial and IRA operations.

The Financial Advisor will prospect for new clients, provide financial planning education, and assist with asset allocation and investment decisions for retirement plans.
