Perform daily deposit and payment operations tasks (ACH, wires, debit card, bill pay, Zelle, RDC, Positive Pay, FedNow), handle customer inquiries, reconcile ancillary products, maintain core system entries, support retail backup and audits, and assist with process improvements and training to ensure regulatory compliance and operational continuity.

Perform general cost and account reconciliations, support accounts payable and month-end close, maintain general ledger and fixed assets, prepare accruals and 1099s, coordinate accounting software updates, and provide backup to VP-Accounting and Assistant Controller while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

Process and maintain new client accounts, enter and submit transfer-in requests via CNBSoft, follow up with custodians to ensure fund transfers, answer customer calls about account setup, funds, and fees, and perform related administrative duties.
