Teams at Community National Bank

Provide customer service and open/maintain deposit accounts by explaining product options, preparing paperwork, processing IRAs, debit cards, check orders, OFAC and CIP checks, and filing required documents while complying with banking laws and bank policies.

Oversee the bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program: collect, analyze, and report CRA/HMDA data; prepare performance reports; coordinate community outreach; provide CRA training; maintain CRA public files; support exams and audits; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Support loan officers by originating, processing, and maintaining compliance and financial documentation for consumer, commercial, oil & gas, and real estate loans. Prepare loan packages, pull credit reports, process payouts, liens, wires, and cashier's checks, assist customers, and ensure files meet bank policy and regulatory requirements.
