Prepare board and stress reports, organize exam/audit documentation, review and input loan requests, assign credit analysts, monitor covenants and borrowing bases, support ACL analysis, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and coordinate with lenders, lending assistants, and auditors while managing multiple projects.

Support loan officers by originating, processing, and maintaining compliance and financial documentation for consumer, commercial, oil & gas, and real estate loans. Prepare loan packages, pull credit reports, process payouts, liens, wires, and cashier's checks, assist customers, and ensure files meet bank policy and regulatory requirements.

Provide front-line customer service for bank customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person. Resolve account issues, assist with transfers, wires, debit disputes, online banking and bill pay, perform audits and maintenance (dormant accounts, address updates), file dispute forms, support new account inquiries, and provide occasional switchboard relief. Maintain regulatory compliance and cooperate with branch staff; may work overtime.
