Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, develop and implement treatment and medication plans, perform mental status and suicide risk assessments, collaborate with therapists and clinical staff, document care in EMR, and treat diverse conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring disorders with team support and structured onboarding.
