Lead and oversee Division Managers across the region, driving growth, retention, training, performance management, and client engagement. Manage budgets, recruit CAMs, support disciplinary actions, ensure consistent corporate messaging, attend evening meetings and site visits, and use Vantaca and CMA systems to monitor performance and client satisfaction.

Manage on-site community operations for an association: oversee maintenance, contractors, covenant enforcement, resident requests, budgeting, board reporting, and staff supervision.

Manage onsite community operations for an association: handle owner/resident requests, enforce covenants, oversee maintenance and contractors, prepare board packets and financial reports, draft annual budget, supervise onsite staff, and serve as liaison to the Board and attorney.
